I designed these pendants a few years ago and have just found a small batch made exclusively for Style in the City and the Vintage Rose collection last year. Inspired by the beautiful blossoms above I see on my walk home through an industrial estate, I thought it apt to give C’est La Vie a fitting re-design. The blossoms are so beautiful at this time of year, it’s fantastic to see even desolate places awash with daffodills or milky white flowers.

I had a chance to get out to the coast this weekend, on a rare and beautiful sunny day! Needless to say everything here is covered in a fine blanket of snow, just when you thought it had gone for good…
I’ve been in love with the decadency of Victorian jewellery for as long as I can remember. I also collect a lot of late Victorian jewellery picked up from many an antiques fair over the years. I love the quality you find in pre 1950′s pieces, the use of glass and metals that have lasted the test of time. As such I created this lavish locket for those ( who like myself) like to wear a large piece which is a bit more attention grabbing, whilst also retaining a vintage quirk about it. Only one of these necklace have been created, a locket large enough to hold photos of your loved ones and set with an (impossible to photograph to catch ever sparkle) blue goldstone. This is a piece I was far too tempted to keep for myself.
I’m currently in between computers so untill everything is back up and running here’s a new piece created and ready to go on site as soon as. This will not affect any orders :)
