Payment
All payment must be made by Paypal. No exceptions. Paypal is safe and easy to use, but you do not need a Paypal account to purchase an item from my store. All private and confidential information is kept within Paypal so that only your payment is received, not your card details.
Graphics & Design
All site content, graphics and photographs are all copyright to Lucy Adlington and further use outside of the domain withour prior consent is forbidden and illegal.
Shipping & Tax or Import TaxAll taxes made on orders outside of, or within the U.K are not the responsibility of the site. All extra charges made by customs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds
Returns are made available on all of my pieces except earrings which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If you are unsatisfied with your product you can return it to The Parlor for either a full refund or replacement. All items must be received within 7 days of your reciept.
All refunds are given minus the original postage charge and all further postal charges are the responsbility of the customer.
Prices
We reserve the right to change or amend product prices at any time, but this will not affect any current or withstanding orders you have made with us.
