Payment
At present all payments are processed through Paypal which accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Paypal is a safe and secure payment module in which we only recieve your contact details while all private information such as card details is kept within Paypal.
Checkout Process
When you get to our checkout existing members can log in or new customers can create an account with our store. This lets you track your current and previous orders with the store.
Shipping Costs
All shipping costs are stated below, orders are shipped within 7 days of purchase. Shipping costs are for 1st Class Standard Recorded delivery only. If you want to guarantee your package especially if the item is for a gift and needed within a certain time frame then please use the Special Day Delivery charge at the checkout. Orders received over £50 will be dispatched Next Day Special Delivery entirely free of charge.

Returns & Refunds
I accept returns on all of my pieces except custom orders and earrings which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
I want you to be satisfied with your purchase from The Parlor as I aim to represent and describe each piece fully so that you can enjoy your item when it arrives. However if you are unsatisfied with any purchase then please use the Contact Us page to arrange a return. This must be done within 14 days of receipt and the item must be sent back in it's and original unworn condition. A refund will then be issued for item cost alone and received in the manner you have paid.
In the rare occasion of receiving a faulty item, then please contact me asap so I can arrange a return and replacement. This is done entirely free of charge.
